The Dara Chalice

Whenever I feel surrounded by chaos and turmoil I unwittingly always find myself sheltering under an oak tree. The old father of the forest and a sacred ancient tree.

The Dara is a Celtic symbol, an ode to the old oak known as Doire in the Irish language. The intertwining strands are thought to represent the deep roots of the oak connecting us as an anchor to the Chthonic spirit world: A symbol of perseverance, strength and wisdom.

These beautiful engraved chalices hold a beeswax infused blend with soothing notes of smoky Cade, Apple and Honey . Cradling the Dara is a wreath of Hawthorn around it formed of blossom and leaf for protection. A meeting of both feminine and masculine.

I have 4 of these available in my update at the end of the month. Friday 30th May at 7pm GMT
