Selkie Bath Soak

The Selkie is a mythological creature found in Celtic and Norse folklore, particularly in Scotland, Ireland, and Iceland. They are shapeshifters, capable of transforming between human and seal forms by shedding and donning a seal skin.

Dead sea and Epsom salt blended with Dulse seaweed , Heather flower and essential oils of Neroli, Ginger, Nutmeg and Black Pepper.

Dulse seaweed has several benefits when used in a bath due to its mineral and nutrient content. It moisturises and softens the skin, soothes muscle aches and pains, and detoxifies. The warm water helps release minerals and vitamins from the seaweed, which are then absorbed by the skin.

Heather Flower is traditionally used in folk medicine, believed to offer several benefits when added to bathwater. These include easing rheumatic pain, arthritis and is healing with it antiseptic properties.

The essential oil blend has been specifically selected to aid in supporting blood circulation, relaxation and detoxification.
