Mugwort is a plant associated with the Moon, connected with femininity, dreaming and divination. Mugwort was also used in Anglo-Saxon Britain to cure people who had fallen victim to “elf-shot,” a term used to refer to folk who had become sick at the hands of evil spirits.

Cedar

Cedar wood symbolises spiritual health. It has been used to build temples for thousands of years. One very famous example are the temples in Jerusalem in the time of King Solomon. They were all built with cedar wood and was considered to be holy and spiritual.
